No you’re not bugging me at all :) Well I can tell you what my experience and daily routine was in their but it might be different depending on what mental hospital it is. For me, I was having an ‘episode’ of severe depression and was EXTREMELY suicidal so it came to the point were I was taken to emergency. I was assessed in there and they decided that I was a threat to myself and I needed to be admitted into the hospital. No you can not leave no matter how hard you try. Once you are admitted, then not even your parents or anyone can take you out. You are property of the hospital and only they can decide when you are stable enough to go. A basic day consisted of waking up at around 9, then breakfast, then school from 10-11, then lunch from 11 to 12. after that you went back to school from 12- 1:45. then you have quiet time where you have to go back to your room for 2 hours and can not come out even to pee.. i usually slept during quiet time. then its snack time from 3:45-4. then quiet time again from 4-6. then dinner from 6-7. then its activity time. activity time is mandatory and was my least favourite part because i hated everyone and just wanted to leave aha. then you usually watch some stupid movie on nature and then its lights out at 9. then you are locked into your room and you do it all again the next day. if you have any other questions dont hesitate to ask. but maybe not anonymously? i dont think my other followers care to hear about this kind of stuff. thanksss

its fine, i was there for: dysthymia with frequent severe depressive episodes, generalized anxiety disorder, self harm and attempted suicide.
